What if nobody joins my departure?
When booking you choose what happens then: we drive you privately at the full price, or we cancel the booking at no cost.
How much longer does a shared ride take?
We only match travellers from the same part of the city, so expect about ten minutes more at most.
How much luggage can I bring?
You enter the number of suitcases when booking, so we make sure everything fits. Hand luggage does not count.
How do I pay?
You see the price before you book. We confirm the payment method together with your booking.
Who is driving?
Rides are operated by a licensed taxi carrier. You receive the driver and vehicle details before departure.
How is a shared ride organised?
The app receives several requests from users, forms one connected group from them before the ride starts, generates one combined order and calculates one total price and one planned route. The order is carried out by the same legal entity that holds the licence and permit for taxi transport.
